London Gay Venues



London is home to a huge selection of gay venues and not only does this include pubs and clubs that are generally located in Soho but there are also many other types of venue such as shops, guest houses, cinemas, and even saunas. If you're looking for the perfect city to visit or even relocate to and you want a friendly, vibrant, and lively LGBT community where you live then London is a very good candidate as the best choice available to you.

It is estimated that there are, in fact, more than 100 gay bars to choose from which means that you can plan a fortnight's stay and never have to visit the same place twice if you don't want to. You can prepare for a big night out by enjoying great quality food in one of the many gay cafes and restaurants and, to recover from the night before, you can head to a gay bath-house or gay sauna. London is quite unique is that its gay village essentially spreads throughout the city. Balans have two gay restaurants; one in Chelsea and one in the heart of Soho. The Soho restaurant is open nearly 24 hours a day and provides great food as well as cocktails and a relaxing atmosphere. Its location makes it the perfect place to start your night out because you can head out of the door and straight into one of the many gay pubs, clubs, and bars that are within very easy reach.

Shops like Clone Zone and Gay's the Word cater specifically to the LGBT community in or visiting London while shops like Selfridges are considered LGBT friendly too. There are many venues and of various different types that you can enjoy visiting while you are in the city of London. You can take in local shows as well as some West End blockbusters and you can find gay friendly venues as well as those that cater specifically to the LGBT crowd.
